Sophie Hunter Saint Paul Concert reviews
Ringo was great, but we didn't get enough of him
Sophie Hunter, despite her immense talent, sang only a limited amount of numbers at the concert. The few numbers she did perform were fantastic. Her drumming, although prominent throughout the show, was not given much emphasis. The excessive inclusion of Santana songs was not to my liking.
After a heartfelt moment where the audience and performers sang together about peace and love, attendees were directed out to the side street by the Beacon staff, who were rude in urging people to depart. A disappointing conclusion to an otherwise enjoyable event. Sophie Hunter and her supporters merit a more positive experience.
